At Divina Auric, every item is created and chosen with intention, care, and positive energy. Your satisfaction matters deeply to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. All Sales Are Final for Intentional Items
Because our candles, crystals, jewelry, and resin art are spiritually charged and often handcrafted, all sales are final. Each item is cleansed, infused with intention, and made or packaged specifically for you, which means we cannot accept returns once an item has been shipped or received.
However, we understand that issues can happen during shipping or production, and we’ll always do our best to make it right.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:
Your order number
A photo of the damaged item and packaging
A brief description of the issue
Once we review your claim, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or partial refund at our discretion. In some cases, we may request that the damaged item be returned before issuing a replacement.
3. Lost or Missing Packages
If your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with your local post office or delivery carrier first. If the issue cannot be resolved, contact us at [Insert Email] within 10 days of the expected delivery date, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Please note that we are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect addresses entered during checkout.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for items such as candles, crystals, or jewelry due to the personal and intentional nature of these products. In special cases (such as size issues for jewelry or similar items), please reach out to discuss possible solutions.
5. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if the item has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order is in production or has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
6. Refunds (If Applicable)
If a refund is approved, you’ll receive an email notification confirming the return status. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
